POP MART has opened its largest store in London at 69-71 Charing Cross Road within Shaftesbury Capital's Chinatown London portfolio. French pâtissier Ladurée has expanded at The Royal Exchange in the City of London, taking a 556 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease. The Parisian brand, which has been open at The Royal Exchange since September 2020, has moved to an external-facing unit on the Threadneedle side of the building.
