Quadrant has secured a trio of food and beverage tenants at YY London, its newly-refurbished 415,000 sq ft office building in Canary Wharf. Eastern Mediterranean restaurant group Brother Marcus will bring its menu of brunch, mezze, cocktails, and wines to YY London this summer, after signing a 20-year lease on a 2,861 sq ft unit. Also joining the development is Hagen, a Danish espresso bar.

Mango is set to open its second flagship store on London's Oxford Street, as the Spanish fashion retailer accelerates its expansion plans. The island property at 415-419 Oxford Street spans 17,000 sq ft across ground, basement, and first floors. Nearby retailers include Adidas, Selfridges, Zara, and BOSS. Last year, Mango announced that it would be opening over 20 stores in 2024, including four in London.

Belgian high-end fashion brand Dries Van Noten is set to open its first standalone UK store at Hanover Square in London. The brand has agreed a 10-year deal at 21 Hanover Square, a Grade II-listed corner building formerly occupied by Barclays Bank. The opening builds on the success of the brand's concessions at Liberty London, Harvey Nichols, and Selfridges.
