Inditex-owned fashion retailer LEFTIES has opened its second UK store at Lakeside shopping centre in Essex. The retailer has opened a 36,000 sq ft space, offering a range of clothing, footwear, and accessories across its lines for women, men, and children. The store will also offer LEFTIES' HOME Collection, a line that extends the brand's products into textiles, décor, fragrances, and other home items.

Costa Coffee has opened at Redical's The Liberty Romford shopping centre, taking a 4,069 sq ft space at the scheme. The coffee shop operator's new store, located within a high footfall entranceway to The Liberty, accommodates 90 covers and features a space for quick service food and beverages. The opening builds on the growing demand for coffee, light meals, and snacks within the centre, with Costa Coffee joining operators at the scheme including Black Sheep Coffee and Pret a Manger.

ARNE is has opened its first regional store in the South East of England at Landsec's Bluewater shopping centre in Kent. The opening of the 2,800 sq ft pop-up follows ARNE's two-week pop-up on Carnaby Street last year, as the Liverpool-born brand looks to expand its physical retail presence. Located on Bluewater's Lower Guildhall, the store offers a range of ARNE's menswear, womenswear, and footwear collections.
