Beauty and wellbeing brand Rituals is set to open a new store at The Ashley Centre in Epsom later this week. Taking a 3,199 sq ft store near the scheme's entrance and adjacent to GAIL's Bakery, the brand will offer its signature range of products in a unique fit-out. The news follows the recent announcement that kitchenware brand ProCook has opened at the Ashley Centre, whilst lifestyle brand Oliver Bonas will also arrive at the scheme within the coming weeks.

Sutton Council has chosen Genr8 Kajima Regeneration as its preferred development partner for the next phase of its town centre regeneration. The proposals for the St Nicholas Shopping Centre, civic offices, Gibson Road car park and Secombe Theatre sites will see the opening of a brand new civic hub in the heart of the town centre. This will look to create a ‘front door’ for residents to access services, as well as a new library and community spaces.

The Ashley Centre in Epsom has signed British lifestyle brand Oliver Bonas for a new store, as specialist kitchenware brand ProCook opens at the scheme. Oliver Bonas will be opening a 2,390 sq ft store, offering its full range of fashion, homeware, jewellery, homeware, and gifting products. The store will look to complement nearby retailers including Next and the centre's anchor retailer M&S.
