New Era is set to open a flagship store at 386 Oxford Street in London after signing a 10-year lease. The heritage sports and lifestyle brand will occupy the entire corner building, taking over 2,500 sq ft of space across basement, ground, and four upper floors. The store will sit adjacent to Selfridges and close to Bond Street Station, providing New Era with a highly visible position at the western end of Oxford Street.

Great Portland Estates (GPE) has completed 30 Duke Street St James's in Central London, with the mixed-use development already fully pre-let. The mixed-use scheme's two retail units have been let to Australian menswear brand M.J. John Lewis has unveiled a new in-store restaurant concept, Platter, at its flagship store on London's Oxford Street. The concept forms part of a £800m investment in John Lewis, and will replace John Lewis restaurants across 32 stores by the end of 2027. The restaurants in Bluewater, Chichester, and Reading have already reopened. Platter Oxford Street features an open kitchen serving hand-stretched pizza, a made-on-site deli, a dessert parlour, a bar overlooking the shop's atrium, and accommodates 300 covers including fifty on the fifth-floor terrace which overlooks Oxford Street.
