Shaftesbury Capital has completed the signing of four new retailers to Seven Dials in London's Covent Garden. Code8 Beauty will open an 800 sq ft flagship at 29 Monmouth Street in May. Søstrene Grene has opened its first UK store of 2026 at Angel Central, with the Danish homewares brand making its North London debut at the Islington scheme. The retailer has opened within a 5,588 sq ft unit on the first floor of the centre, situated opposite Wagamama and alongside complementary retailers including H&M, UNIQLO, Mango, and Oliver Bonas. Retail and leisure at London's SIXTY SLOANE nears full occupancy

Savills and Hanover Green, on behalf of Bain Capital and CIT, have completed a trio of retail and leisure lettings in 2026 at SIXTY SLOANE in Chelsea, bringing the mixed-use development to near full occupancy. Together, the signings extend to a total of 15,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, with only unit remaining which is currently under offer. Luxury private members health club KX has committed to an additional 7,000 sq ft across Unit 1, which adds to its 16,500 sq ft existing space over ground and basement floors.
