The store – located on St John's Road – has undergone a nine-week refit to introduce a number of enhancements, including modernised departments and operational improvements. London-based real estate investment and development company SENG has acquired 26-28 Hammersmith Grove, a mixed-use property in West London, with the support of a £18.2m acquisition facility from specialist lender ASK Partners. The 2.3-acre site comprises approximately 200,000 sq ft of office, retail, and leisure accommodation across two wings and a link block, alongside dedicated car parking. The property - which has been acquired by SENG as part of its wider living sector strategy - is located approximately a two minutes’ walk from Hammersmith Broadway, offering connectivity via the Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City Underground lines.

French outerwear brand K-Way is set to open its third store in the UK at Covent Garden's Seven Dials neighbourhood. Opening at 19 Earlham Street in October, the retailer's new 1,200 sq ft space will offer K-Way's signature windbreaker jackets alongside a variety of jackets, fleeces, and apparel for men, women, and children.
