Shaftesbury Capital has signed five food and beverage brands to its Covent Garden neighbourhood in Central London. Leading the new arrivals is Sourdough Sophia, which has signed for a 450 sq ft unit at 16 Neal's Yard. Making its Central London debut, the operator joins a number of F&B and chef-led concepts in the area including The Barbary, Story Cellar, and the recently opened Buvette. The venue will offer a range of sourdough bread and laminated pastries.

M&S has opened the doors to its transformed 'Pantheon' flagship store on Central London's Oxford Street. Extending to almost 100,000 sq ft of trading space, the four storey flagship offers products from M&S's food, fashion, home, and beauty categories. The fashion, home, and beauty floors have been renewed with a new R&D concept, which has created a blueprint for future stores. Successful features will be rolled out across the retailer's wider estate over time.

Get Living has announced that Cinema chain Everyman is set to open one of its largest venues in London at The Elephant, a £500m town centre development in Elephant & Castle. The five-screen cinema, which will be Everyman's 17th venue in the capital, will show a range of films while also offering a programme of events, including Q&As, screenings, live broadcast theatre, opera and ballet, and members’ events.
