Charlotte Tilbury is set to expand its presence in London's West End after signing a deal with Shaftesbury Capital to open a new store on Carnaby Street. The make-up, fragrance, and skincare brand will open a 4,200 sq ft store at one of the busiest entrances to the street, joining recent arrivals at Carnaby Street including PURESEOUL, TALA, and Farm Rio. The store will join Charlotte Tilbury's existing flagship within Shaftesbury Capital's West End portfolio in Covent Garden, which tripled in size at the end of last year.

Alpine, the supercar brand from French car manufacturer Renault, has secured space for a flagship showroom on Park Lane in Central London. Alpine's new unit at 56-59 Park Lane spans 6,500 sq ft with 75ft of road frontage, and was previously occupied by BMW. Park Lane is renowned as an area for luxury and performance car manufacturers to display their latest models. A Hong Kong-based Vietnamese restaurant concept is to open its first site in the UK within Shaftesbury Capital's Covent Garden estate in London. Opening at 16 Henrietta Street, Cô Thành at Covent Garden will draw on its culinary roots in Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on dishes from Southern Vietnam. The restaurant will offer dishes from the Hong Kong restaurant alongside London-only specials, as well as a range of Vietnamese desserts alongside beverages including wines, cocktails, and smoothies, juices, and coffee.
