Gloucester Quays has completed 8,000 sq ft of new signings, bringing the outlet shopping destination to 95% let or under offer. Menswear brand Ben Sherman has signed for a 1,381 sq ft store at the outlet, which will open towards the end of October. Joining 15 existing Ben Sherman locations across the UK, the store will offer the brand's range of shirts, polos, and Harringtons. Meanwhile, long-standing tenant Crew Clothing has upsized at the scheme into a 2,107 sq ft store.

Mango is continuing its UK expansion after signing for a new store at the Regent Arcade in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Opening next year, the store will feature the brand's latest Mediterranean-inspired concept and exclusively offer Mango's range of women's clothing. This latest signing forms part of Mango's strategic plan, which aims to reinforce the retailer's value proposition with a strong store expansion drive and improve sales in its existing shops and its online channel.

A retail park in Cheltenham has changed hands in a deal worth almost £9m. Pears Property, which acts on behalf of the billionaire Pears family, has acquired Gateway Retail Park for a total consideration of £8,860,000, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.4%. Set across a 2.8 acre site, the scheme extends to 36,557 sq ft and is fully let to Currys, Smyths Toys, and Caffé Nero. Gateway Retail Park is located on Tewkesbury Road (A4019) in the primary out-of-town retailing location in Cheltenham, with nearby schemes including Kingsditch Retail Park, Centrum Retail Park, and Gallagher Retail Park.
