The fully-let retail scheme, located on a 2.1-acre site on the corner of Tan Lane and Lombard Street, extends to 28,800 sq ft and is anchored by B&M. Other retailers at the scheme include Angling Direct, St Richard's Hospice Foundation, and InStore Pharmacy.

Goold Estates has secured a number of new lettings at Tannery Retail Park in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, following a £1m redevelopment of a former Co-op site. These new signings are led by B&M, which will open a 18,889 sq ft store in August within the retail park's largest unit. The discount retailer joins St Richard's Hospice Foundation, with the charity shop set to open a 5,092 sq ft larger format store in July.

LCP has welcomed Wacky Playland to M Weavers Wharf in Kidderminster, as it prepares for the upcoming arrival of Hypr Fitness at the scheme. Children's activity centre Wacky Playland features a 15,909 sq ft soft play area, complete with a four-lane slide, a role-play area, as well as an on-site café offering food and drinks. Meanwhile, gym operator Hypr Fitness is set to open at M Weavers Wharf on 24th March, following a £1m investment.
