St Oswald's is Gloucester's largest retail park extending to 224,450 sq ft.

Current tenants include: B&Q, DW Sports Fitness, Mothercare, ScS, Argos, Wren Kitchens, Tapi, HomeSense, Harvester, Frankie & Benny's Costa, Domino's Pizza, Subway, Natwest and McDonald's.

In September 2005, Hammerson completed construction of the first phase of its 224,450 sq ft mixed-use development to the north of Gloucester city centre. This phase provides 206,957 sq ft of bulky goods retail and leisure space in two terraces with 15,963 sq ft of restaurant and catering uses.

St Oswald's Retail Park is located one mile north of Gloucester city centre, adjacent to the A417.
