Shaftesbury Capital has secured two new F&B concepts to its Chinatown London estate, with Sushinoya and Ning’s Fresh Beef Hotpot taking space at 62 Shaftesbury Avenue and 18 Rupert Street, respectively. Sushinoya has already opened its doors, having taken a 3,600 sq ft space with 65 covers. The sushi brand has taken a key gateway unit into Chinatown London, at the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Wardour Street, opposite Kung Fu Noodle.

Sweaty Betty is set to open its 20th store in London at Liverpool Street Station. The 897 sq ft store opens in November and is the activewear brand's first location within a Network Rail station. Sweaty Betty said the new unit, located within Britain's busiest station, provides it with a prime spot to showcase the brand’s activewear. Hamish Kiernan, commercial director, property at Network Rail, said: “Sweaty Betty’s arrival at London Liverpool Street marks a milestone – their 20th London location – and demonstrates our iconic station’s continued growth and evolution.
