Luxury outerwear brand de Savary London is set to open its first-ever pop-up store at 322 King's Road in Chelsea, London, part of the Sloane Stanley Estate. Open until the end of the year, the 1,644 sq ft store will be the brand's first bricks-and-mortar space and offer its full collections of leather jackets, wool coats, tops, and trousers. The opening will add to a busy year of retail and pop-up activity across the Sloane Stanley Estate.

Chinese hot pot concept Yangguofo Malatang (YGF Malatang) is set to open its first restaurant in London's West End at 47-49 Charing Cross Road in Chinatown. The concept operates nearly 7,000 restaurants worldwide, making it the largest malatang brand globally. The new Chinatown location will span over 3,200 sq ft and be the operator's first London flagship. Originating from China’s Sichuan street food stalls, YGF Malatang looks to deliver a twist on the traditional hot pot by allowing diners to customise their own bowls.

The Portman Estate has announced a number of new signings within its Marylebone neighbourhood in Central London. Lead by chef Angela Hartnett, Café Murano has opened its fourth site at 52-55 Dorset Street. The café spas 3,500 sq ft and offers a range of Italian-inspired flavours. Also joining The Portman Estate is Maset, which will launch in September on 40-42 Chiltern Street. The Mediterranean concept is the latest from Melody Adams, the restaurateur behind Michelin Guide restaurants Lurra and Donostia on Seymour Place.
