Troubadour Theatre is set to take centre stage at Canary Wharf with the opening of a new venue later this year. Opening this autumn, the 1,200 sq ft capacity theatre will launch with the first-ever live stage adaption of The Hunger Games, based on the book by Suzanne Collins and Lionsgate’s blockbuster film. The venue will also feature two bars, a 100-cover restaurant, and an external terrace overlooking the water.

Independent pan-Asian food market Kiki & Miumiu is set to open its second location in the UK at Lewisham Gateway. Following a successful debut at Lendlease's Elephant Park, the operator has secured a larger, 5,000 sq ft ground floor unit at the South London development. Set to open early this year, the new location will be Kiki & Miumiu's largest to date and will stock a range of products from across the East and South East Asian region.

Fashion brands Ralph Lauren, Mango, Luca Faloni, Hobbs, and Whistles are all taking space at Broadgate Central, which spans the ground and lower ground floors of 1 Broadgate and 100 Liverpool Street and links Liverpool Street station to Finsbury Avenue Square, offering 120,000 sq ft of retail and hospitality space.
