Clip 'n Climb has opened a 14,000 sq ft family climbing venue at Peel Retail & Leisure's Gloucester Quays. The venue features 19 unique climbing walls alongside a number of challenges, as well as a soft play area for younger visitors and a café. The opening of Clip ‘n Climb follows a year of growth for Gloucester Quays. In 2025, the outlet centre welcomed a number of new brands including Søstrene Grene, Ben Sherman, Label Yard, and Men Kind, with total centre occupancy currently standing at 96%.

Peel Retail & Leisure has announced that sales and footfall at Gloucester Quays increased over the festive period, following a series of new arrivals at the scheme. Following Black Friday which coincided with November’s payday in 2025, Gloucester Quays recorded a 6.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase in retail sales for the month. Food and beverage operators in particular also delivered positive results, achieving a 2% YoY uplift.

Søstrene Grene has opened at Peel Retail & Leisure's Gloucester Quays, with the Scandinavian homewares brand opening its first store in the city. Located at the outlet shopping centre's main entrance, the 3,987 sq ft store brings the brand's range of homewares, accessories, and craft products to Gloucester for the first time. The Gloucester Quays store becomes one of three locations which Søstrene Grene operates in the South West.
