Continuing the ongoing transformation of Stratford, Sugar House Island comprises some 26 acres of urban regeneration providing 700,000 sq ft of commercial space and 1,200 new homes. Being delivered in phases, there are already approximately 715 residents onsite in 380 completed residential units with a further 244 units (around 500 new residents moving in early 2025).
