Shaftesbury Capital has signed American fashion brand Edikted for its first store in Europe in Soho, London. Situated at 52-55 Carnaby Street, the 4,800 sq ft space will stock a range of women's apparel and streetwear. The store will be located opposite TALA, which also made its UK debut with Shaftesbury Capital following online success. Edikted's arrival follows the recent openings of ALOHAS and Sheep Inc, which also chose Soho for their physical store debuts.

Grosvenor's UK property business ended 2025 with an occupancy rate of 98% across its retail, office, and residential portfolio in Mayfair and Belgravia in London. Across the estate, 96 retail and leisure leases were completed in 2025, covering over 350,000 sq ft and generating £20.8m in rent, 10.6% ahead of estimated rental values. This contributed to a year-end occupancy rate of over 95% across Grosvenor's retail estate.

The King's Cross Group has recorded a "major uplift" in retail sales in 2025 across its London estate, led by its Coal Drops Yard development. Across the group, sales were up by 13.5% year-on-year in 2025, with retail sales increasing by 16% and food and beverage sales up by 10%. Coal Drops Yard saw the steepest rise, recording a 20% increase in sales. Recent brand openings at the destination include UNIQLO, Joe & The Juice, and Midnight Pantry.
