Elephant, the mixed-use development at the former House of Fraser store at 318 Oxford Street in London, has secured its first tenant. Luxury health and fitness club Third Space will take 30,000 sq ft of space and will offer a gym floor, a wet spa, and dedicated studios. Once complete, the development at Elephant will see the creation of a 250,000 sq ft mixed-use destination with 159,000 sq ft of office space, 42,000 sq ft of retail space, and a 12,400 sq ft rooftop restaurant with views over London.

Kate Spade New York is set to open its first outlet store in London at The O2. Located at on the upper level of Outlet Shopping at the O2, the 2,408 sq ft store will offer the lifestyle brand's seasonal and gifting collections, including clothing and accessories. Louisa Dalgleish, leasing director at Outlet Shopping at The O2, said: “Kate Spade New York signing for its London outlet debut at The O2 follows a remarkable 2024, and is a clear indicator that The O2 remains the go-to place for outlet debuts in the capital.

Quadrant has secured a trio of food and beverage tenants at YY London, its newly-refurbished 415,000 sq ft office building in Canary Wharf. Eastern Mediterranean restaurant group Brother Marcus will bring its menu of brunch, mezze, cocktails, and wines to YY London this summer, after signing a 20-year lease on a 2,861 sq ft unit. Also joining the development is Hagen, a Danish espresso bar.
