Alpine's new unit at 56-59 Park Lane spans 6,500 sq ft with 75ft of road frontage, and was previously occupied by BMW. Park Lane is renowned as an area for luxury and performance car manufacturers to display their latest models. Alpine’s new showroom will display the full range of its vehicles and will host events aimed at both car enthusiasts and prospective buyers, with the aim of further elevating the brand’s profile in the UK market.

A Hong Kong-based Vietnamese restaurant concept is to open its first site in the UK within Shaftesbury Capital's Covent Garden estate in London. Opening at 16 Henrietta Street, Cô Thành at Covent Garden will draw on its culinary roots in Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on dishes from Southern Vietnam. The restaurant will offer dishes from the Hong Kong restaurant alongside London-only specials, as well as a range of Vietnamese desserts alongside beverages including wines, cocktails, and smoothies, juices, and coffee.

Royal London Asset Management has sold a mixed-use property on London's Oxford Street to a private investor for £63m. The property, located at 149-151 Oxford Street and 59 Berwick Street, extends to 32,795 sq ft and comprises retail, office, and residential accommodation. Approximately 19,000 sq ft of the asset is dedicated to retail, which is arranged over basement, ground, and first floors.
