Moana Poke Bowl, a Hawaiian-inspired grab-and-go concept, has opened its second location in London at The Liberty Romford. Taking a newly built 226 sq ft kiosk unit outside JD Sports and Superdrug, the operator will offer a range of signature bowls and 'build-your-own' options, as well as bubble tea. This signing comes as the destination continues to extend its dining offer, with Moana Poke Bowl joining the likes of Pret, Super Sushi, and Black Sheep Coffee.

British Land has completed 16,000 sq ft of new retail and dining deals at Broadgate Central near Liverpool Street Station in London. These signings bring the new retail and leisure space on the ground and lower floors of the recently-completed 1 Broadgate to 79% let or under offer. Some of the new arrivals include: Boots Fragrance, Boots' first-ever fragrance-only boutique; fragrance maker Molton Brown; pasta restaurant NOTTO To Go; Swiss chocolatier Läderach; Parisian patisserie Maison Lauderée; menswear brand MOSS; hair removal clinic Strip; grooming brand Murdock London; sandwich restaurant Sandwich Sandwich; and sushi restaurant Sushinoya.

S3 Padel is set to open its third venue in London at The Liberty Romford. The operator will open its doors to the 43,600 sq ft space, which will feature six padel courts, in spring 2026. Designed for all ability levels – from first-time players to competitive athletes – the venue will look to provide an inclusive space where people can get active, connect socially, and play the UK's fastest-growing sport.
