Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has completed two pre-lets to Peter Millar and Dunhill on London's Bond Street. Luxury leisure and performance wear brand Peter Millar is set to take space at 111/117 New Bond Street, a flagship unit which is being reconfigured into three smaller stores. This marks a debut outside of the US for Peter Millar and will follow the luxury boutique format of the brand's Madison Avenue store in New York City.

Great Portland Estates (GPE) has acquired a new 155 year leasehold interest in London's West End for a total consideration of £51m from the City of London Corporation. Located at 10 South Crescent, WC1, the building will be repositioned to create a decarbonised office and retail building with amenities and an enlarged roof terrace. Located minutes from Tottenham Court Road’s Elizabeth line station, 10 South Crescent joins an existing cluster of GPE buildings around Alfred Place which provide a mix of Grade A HQ and fully-managed space.

Buvette, the restaurant concept by chef Jody Williams, is set to open its first location in London within Covent Garden's Neal's Yard. The restaurant will occupy a 2,800 sq ft, 80-cover space at 2 Neal's Yard, offering day-to-night dining options, and benefitting from al fresco seating. The Covent Garden opening will mark Buvette's debut site in the capital, joining its restaurants in New York, Paris, Seoul, and Tokyo.
