Sue Ryder has relocated at The Willows Centre in Wickford, Essex, upsizing from its previous store at the scheme. Taking a 2,710 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease, the charity – which is known for its support and hospice care services – will be able to diverse its offering. Moving from its former, 1,987 sq ft location, Sue Ryder's new store will add a range of furniture to its existing collections of clothes and accessories.

A number of new tenants have been announced at Aquila Holdings' Bond Street scheme in Chelmsford. Home and cosmetics company Rituals is set to open in a 3,500 sq ft unit at the development in early September. The brand will join other home and beauty retailers at Bond Street including The White Company and L'Occitane. Jewellery brand Accessorize is also set to open at Bond Street later this month, taking a 1,680 sq ft unit.

Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park is set to open its first Essex location at The Meadows Retail Park in Chelmsford. The physical adventure experience - operated by Prime Leisure Group and inspired by the ITV entertainment show - has signed a 15-year lease for a 25,000 sq ft unit. Schroders Capital, which operates the scheme, has built on its existing relationship with Prime Leisure Group, following an agreement to deliver a 30,000 sq ft Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park at Schroders' Chatham Waterside asset in Kent in 2019.
