Newbury BID (Business Improvement District) is a not-for-profit organisation formed in 2012 by local businesses, for local businesses. It is a fully independent, business-led and business-funded Community Interest Company, which exists to allow the 500+ businesses of Newbury Town Centre to work together collaboratively towards a shared vision and purpose. Interactive shooting bar Clays is set to open its largest site yet within London's West End. The venue – located at 77 Brewer Street – will comprise around 20,000 sq ft across three floors. It will be situated in a Grade II-listed corner building owned by The Crown Estate. The site will feature a bar, virtual clay pigeon shooting pegs, private hire rooms, a luxury private room, a DJ booth, and 'Clays Arcade', designed for a more fast-paced experience for smaller groups and couples.

TWG Tea is set to open its second store in the UK at 413 Oxford Street in London. The Asian tea brand has taken 3,422 sq ft across the ground floor and basement levels of a corner unit formerly occupied by The Watches of Switzerland Group. The store – which will offer over 1,000 varieties of tea – will be situated at the junction of Oxford Street and Duke Street, directly opposite Selfridges.

Crocs is set to open at London Designer Outlet (LDO) within Wembley Park later this year. The casual footwear brand has signed a five-year lease for a 1,456 sq ft unit, with the store featuring the brand's range of clogs and sandals. The arrival of Crocs comes as LDO continues to see strong spend from a diverse range of customers. Shoppers under the age of 44 made up over half of LDO’s total spend during the past year, and the outlet destination has responded to this with the addition of brands such as Rituals and Miniso.
