AEW has secured a trio of new lettings at the Windsor Royal Centres, choosing retailers which appeal to the local catchment and tourists. British leather bag brand The Cambridge Satchel Company has chosen Windsor Royal Station for its fourth store. The 505 sq ft unit will join the brand's other locations in Covent Garden, Cambridge, and Leeds. Also joining Windsor Royal Station is Chinese lifestyle retailer MINISO, which has opened a 1,330 sq ft store.

The Lexicon in Bracknell has completed around 30,000 sq ft of new lettings, with the likes of Dunelm, Levi's, and Tesco Express all joining the scheme. Levi's has brought its range of denim to the retail centre after agreeing a lease for a 3,885 sq ft store, which opened in October. Also joining the Lexicon is a major international fashion brand, which has signed terms for a flagship letting of 6,200 sq ft of space.
