Shaftesbury Capital has secured two new F&B concepts to its Chinatown London estate, with Sushinoya and Ning’s Fresh Beef Hotpot taking space at 62 Shaftesbury Avenue and 18 Rupert Street, respectively. Sushinoya has already opened its doors, having taken a 3,600 sq ft space with 65 covers. The sushi brand has taken a key gateway unit into Chinatown London, at the corner of Shaftesbury Avenue and Wardour Street, opposite Kung Fu Noodle.

The Sloane Stanley Estate has announced that it will bring a number of arts and F&B pop-ups totalling nearly 10,000 sq ft to Chelsea's King's Road between now and January 2026. This includes jewellery brand Bijoux de Mimi, which will open a dedicated pop-up at 324–326 King’s Road throughout December. This marks the brand's return to the King's Road for the third time, following spaces which opened in May 2025 and July last year.
