POP MART is set to open its first store in Wales at Cardiff's St David's Centre. The pop culture and entertainment retailer will take a 2,529 sq ft space on the upper level of the Grand Arcade, close to River Island and Zara. It will also in close proximity to the newly opened Sephora store, which opened at St David’s late last year. The new location will feature the retailer's best-selling ranges including THE MONSTERS – with its famous Labubu dolls – as well as HIRONO and SKULLPANDA.

Catella APAM, acting on behalf of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, has completed six new retail lettings over the last eight weeks at Morgan Quarter in Cardiff, totalling approximately 16,000 sq ft. The new occupiers include De Montfort Fine Art, Kokoro, Amplifon, Pop Specs, Busby & Fox, and Socktopus. B&Q has added a store it operates in Newport in the Isle of Wight to its freehold portfolio in an off-market purchase. The 83,618 sq ft store – which was originally developed by B&Q – is situated north of Newport town centre, with other retailers in the area including Screwfix, Halfords, Lidl, and Dunelm. The sale was completed by HLRE on behalf of West Sussex County Council and Aberdeen.
