Victoria Leeds celebrates record-breaking 2024

Redical's Victoria Leeds shopping centre is celebrating a strong 2024 during which it saw an increase in sales, new brand openings and upsizes, and record-breaking footfall figures. The shopping centre saw a 10.7% increase in December's seasonal sales and a 10.4% increase in yearly retail sales compared to 2023, ahead of the national averages of 3.2% and 0.7% rises respectively, according to data from the British Retail Consortium.
Victoria Leeds welcomes two new openings amid record footfall

Victoria Leeds has welcomed the opening of two new stores, as the scheme records its strongest-ever yearly footfall figures at Victoria Gate in 2024. Making its regional debut, leather bag brand Cambridge Satchel has opened its third boutique in the UK within Victoria Quarter. The brand's 881 sq ft store features a range of women’s and men’s collections, including satchels, handbags, backpacks, and briefcases.
Wingstop continues expansion with Bradford opening

Wingstop UK has continued its expansion with its latest opening at The Broadway in Bradford. Spanning 2,800 sq ft, the chicken wing restaurant chain's newest venue will host 50 covers and look to build on the brand's presence in Leeds and Manchester, where it has five restaurants and two delivery kitchens. Having launched in 2018, Wingstop UK is set to have 57 sites by the end of the year, with plans to reach 200 locations within the next five years.
