Shaftesbury Capital has secured two new F&B concepts to its Chinatown London estate, with Sushinoya and Ning’s Fresh Beef Hotpot taking space at 62 Shaftesbury Avenue and 18 Rupert Street, respectively. Sushinoya has already opened its doors, having taken a 3,600 sq ft space with 65 covers. Sweaty Betty is set to open its 20th store in London at Liverpool Street Station. The 897 sq ft store opens in November and is the activewear brand's first location within a Network Rail station. Sweaty Betty said the new unit, located within Britain's busiest station, provides it with a prime spot to showcase the brand’s activewear.
