John Lewis has unveiled a new in-store restaurant concept, Platter, at its flagship store on London's Oxford Street. The concept forms part of a £800m investment in John Lewis, and will replace John Lewis restaurants across 32 stores by the end of 2027. The restaurants in Bluewater, Chichester, and Reading have already reopened. Platter Oxford Street features an open kitchen serving hand-stretched pizza, a made-on-site deli, a dessert parlour, a bar overlooking the shop's atrium, and accommodates 300 covers including fifty on the fifth-floor terrace which overlooks Oxford Street.

Mango has continued to expand with the opening of a new store at Southside Shopping Centre in Wandsworth, London. The Barcelona-founded fashion retailer's new space extends to 4,600 sq ft and offers the brand's latest womenswear collections, including clothing, footwear, and accessories. The store also showcases Mango's 'New Med' concept, which features natural textures, warm tones, and sustainable materials.

Canary Wharf in London has expanded its fashion offer with the signing of Japanese retailer UNIQLO. The new store will feature the brand's full range of clothing for men and women, including its HEATTECH and AIRism lines. UNIQLO's signing follows a host of deals to retailers including Jigsaw, Nokwol, Sushi Dog, Holy Greens – which made its UK debut – as well as Vagabond, The Tallyman, and Bronson Burger.
