Bruce Gillingham Pollard is launching food and beverage space at The M Building, a new development on the site of the former Debenhams department store on London's Oxford Street. The lease consultancy firm is marketing two units that front onto Marylebone Lane and Henrietta Street. These consist of a 6,391 sq ft unit to be targeted at a flagship restaurant and a 4,166 sq ft unit designed for more casual dining.
