Oliver Bonas has signed for a new store at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex, and will open this summer at the scheme. The British lifestyle retailer has secured a 4,000 sq ft unit in Lakeside's Lower Mall, adjacent to Office. The brand – which operates over 90 stores in the UK and Ireland – will offer a range of design-led collections of women's clothing, accessories, gifts, jewellery and homeware.

Lakeside secures six new F&B tenants as Vue recommits

Lakeside shopping centre in Essex has completed six new food and beverage signings, including one UK debut, as longstanding leisure anchor Vue recommits to the scheme. Leading the new additions is GAIL's, which has committed to a 2,033 sq ft unit on the lower level. The bakery and coffee shop joins other recent additions to Lakeside including The White Company. Black Sheep Coffee has also signed at Lakeside, and will open in a 1,500 sq ft store on the scheme's lower level this summer.

The White Company opens 75th store at Lakeside

The White Company has opened its 75th store in the UK and Ireland and its second in Essex at Lakeside Shopping Centre. The new store, located on the scheme's upper level, extends to approximately 5,900 sq ft, with 3,700 sq ft of trading space. The store joins The White Company's existing location at Bluewater Shopping Centre just eight miles away, and showcases a product offering that includes homeware, clothing, fragrance, and childrenswear.
