Savers is set to open at Dockside at Chatham Maritime after agreeing a 10-year lease for a 4,500 sq ft space. The health and beauty retailer will move into a newly created space after scheme owner WD Ltd reconfigured two units in order to accommodate Savers' requirements. The signing continues WD Ltd’s ongoing evolution of Dockside into a mixed-use destination, which has included the transformation of the entrance area which involved lettings to Sotto Lounge, McDonalds, Bakers + Baristas, and YouMeSushi.

Lakeside has welcomed the arrival of four national fashion retailers, with Bershka, Hollister, Oliver Bonas, and Urban Outfitters all opening at the Essex shopping centre. Bershka has opened on the scheme's second level, bringing its range of womenswear, menswear, and accessories to a 12,500 sq ft space. In the adjacent space, Hollister has opened a 6,000 sq ft store, offering its collections of signature casualwear, alongside its sportswear and swimwear ranges.

Lakeside shopping centre in Essex has welcomed a duo of beauty retailers to the centre with the arrivals of PURESEOUL and Space NK. Korean beauty retailer PURESEOUL has made its regional debut at the scheme, opening a 1,919 sq ft store on Lakeside's first level. The new store offers over 30 beauty brands including Torriden, AMUSE, TIRTIR, Beauty by Joseon, and Medicube. The store also features a dedicated workshop space.
