Located within British Land's Broadgate Campus, the scheme spans 120,000 sq ft across the ground and lower ground floors of 1 Broadgate and 100 Liverpool Street, and is already 90% let or under offer. Golf operator signs at British Land's Broadgate to tee up UK expansion

Golf-led leisure concept Five Iron is set to open its first European location at British Land's Broadgate Campus in the City of London. Located at 1 Finsbury Avenue, the 6,900 sq ft space will anchor the ground floor, featuring eight Trackman simulators offering real-time swing feedback. The venue will also serve as a sports bar and entertainment destination, showing major sporting events such as Premier League football and Formula 1 races.
