Sheet Anchor Evolve, part of M Core, has acquired a pair of mixed-use assets in Birmingham from Hortons. The group has acquired White House, which extends to 24,561 sq ft and comprises four retail units fronting on to New Street and Lower Temple Street which are let to operators including Tim Hortons. The property also features six floors of office accommodation on the upper levels. Also included in the acquisition is 5-9 Lower Temple Street, which extends to 11,982 sq ft and incorporates three retail units and four floors of office accommodation.

Merry Hill in the West Midlands has welcomed finalised the reletting of its former Debenhams department store with the opening of competitive leisure venue Carnival Golf & Games. Operated by family entertainment brand Funstation, the venue spans 23,700 sq ft and features two themed mini golf courses alongside a mix of immersive video and carnival gaming, VR experiences, escape rooms, and laser tag.

Railpen, manager of the £34bn railways pension scheme in the UK, has signed two retail and leisure brands at Multistory, it's 295,000 sq ft office building in Birmingham. These signings follow the completion of phase one of the building, which saw the creation of 27,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space on the ground floor, with one unit remaining to let. Launching its first location in Birmingham is the Liverpool-founded 92 Degrees Coffee.
