Shaftesbury Capital has announced nine new signings, including two UK debuts, at its Soho estate in London. Three of these brands arrived in September, while the remaining six will all join the estate before Christmas. The new signings include four F&B lettings: The Shaston Arms, located just off Carnaby Street at 4-6 Ganton Street, which will re-open in October under the operation of the team behind The Waterman’s Arms in South West London.

Antler is set to open its first flagship UK store next year at 100 Regent Street in Central London. The British travel retailer has reached an agreement to take a two-storey, 2,400 sq ft store, following the success of a one-year residency on New York's Spring Street and a pop up store in Selfridges London last year. Offering a range of luggage, bags, and accessories, the store will be situated on the southern end of the street amongst other global British brands Burberry and Mulberry.

Shaftesbury Capital is set to welcome three new food and beverage operators to its Covent Garden estate in London. Making its UK debut is Copain, which will be opening a 460 sq ft café at 54 Neal Street. This will be the bakery's first location outside of Paris and offer artisanal baked items and coffee. Meanwhile, Oliphant & Pomeroy will also be making its London debut, taking 600 sq ft within Covent Garden's market building.
