The fully-let retail scheme, located on a 2.1-acre site on the corner of Tan Lane and Lombard Street, extends to 28,800 sq ft and is anchored by B&M. B&M leads new lettings at redeveloped Worcestershire retail park

Goold Estates has secured a number of new lettings at Tannery Retail Park in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, following a £1m redevelopment of a former Co-op site. These new signings are led by B&M, which will open a 18,889 sq ft store in August within the retail park's largest unit. The discount retailer joins St Richard's Hospice Foundation, with the charity shop set to open a 5,092 sq ft larger format store in July.
