Estama has been appointed by Mole Valley District Council as property manager for the Swan Shopping Centre in Leatherhead, Surrey. Located on the town's high street, the 106,019 sq ft shopping centre is anchored by retailers including Sainsbury's, Boots, WHSmith, and Poundland, alongside a number of independent businesses. AEW secures trio of lettings at Windsor Royal Centres

AEW has secured a trio of new lettings at the Windsor Royal Centres, choosing retailers which appeal to the local catchment and tourists. British leather bag brand The Cambridge Satchel Company has chosen Windsor Royal Station for its fourth store.
