Estama has been appointed by Mole Valley District Council as property manager for the Swan Shopping Centre in Leatherhead, Surrey. Located on the town's high street, the 106,019 sq ft shopping centre is anchored by retailers including Sainsbury's, Boots, WHSmith, and Poundland, alongside a number of independent businesses. George Grimes, director and head of property management for Estama, said: "We are thrilled Estama has been appointed by Mole Valley District Council to manage Swan Shopping Centre at this exciting time for the shopping centre with further development and works to improve the asset planned for the coming years.
