A retail and leisure block in Harrogate, North Yorkshire has changed hands for £3.7m. European investment group Iroko has acquired 17-23 Parliament Street, which extends to 19,000 sq ft and is anchored by Five Guys, Mitchells & Butlers, and Marstons. The asset has a weighted average unexpired lease term of 5.9 years to expiry and features one additional unit which is currently being marketed.

State Street Investment Management has acquired a retail park in Ripon, North Yorkshire, for an undisclosed fee. The group has acquired St Michael's Retail Park, a 24,000 sq ft asset currently let to M&S and Next, as well as an EV charging operator. The retail park has a weighted average unexpired lease term of 13.7 years to expiry and 12.8 years to break. All of the park's income is subject to five-yearly upwards-only CPI-linked rent reviews.

The parade – located at 27/31 Cambridge Street – comprises three retail units at ground floor level as well as residential upper floors, which will be retained by the vendor.
