Harrogate BID (Business Improvement District) is a not-for-profit organisation, funded for by businesses, to improve the area in which those businesses trade within. Harrogate has fantastic assets, but it not immune to the general challenges high streets across the UK face, whether it is a pandemic or a cost-of-living crisis. The work of the BID aims to support, safeguard and improve Harrogate for businesses, visitors and residents alike, to make the town the best it can be.

We have collaborated with partners such as Harrogate International Festivals, Visit Harrogate and Your Harrogate to deliver campaigns successfully and plan to continue to build on these activities year on year.
View eventsBID Clubs are Harrogate BID’s take on networking events. We aim to host a BID Club once a month with quirky and different themes to engage our members. We believe networking should be fun and engaging, whilst being informative. We always host these events at a BID member’s venue and choose a different one each time, giving them an opportunity to showcase their offering to other Town Centre businesses.
