Holland & Barrett relocates Oxford Street store

Holland & Barrett has relocated its Oxford Street store, almost doubling its presence on the historic shopping street. The health and wellness retailer has opened a 3,350 sq ft store at 146/148 Oxford Street, relocating from No.52. Landlord The Langham Estate said the deal takes its 11.3-acre estate's total ground floor retail to 87.5% let, with a number of further deals in progress. The group added that Holland & Barrett’s relocation echoes a surge in demand among wellbeing firms looking to join Fitzrovia, which now make up over 1 in 5 (21%) of its occupiers.
Gym concept opens second location at L&G's Waltham Forest

FS8, a pilates and yoga gym concept from Club Sports Group, has opened a new location at Legal & General's build-to-rent neighbourhood in Waltham Forest, London. The new location becomes FS8's second location since it debuted in Central London in November 2022. FS8 – which is a sister concept to F45 – looks to integrate reformer pilates with mat work, dumbbells, and activation bands, and offers a variety of exercises designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and recovery.
The O2 hails record year of sales and footfall

The O2 in London has recorded its best-ever year for sales and footfall, with the live entertainment destination bolstered by significant leasing across its retail, leisure, and F&B offerings. In 2024, The O2 welcomed over 10 million visitors, an increase of 12% compared to 2023 and a record for the destination. Meanwhile, sales across retail, leisure, and F&B were up by 6% year-on-year, signifying The O2's best-ever year for trade.
