Former Cardiff Debenhams set to make way for £17m city square

Landsec has lodged plans to create a £17m public square on the site of the former Debenhams at St David's in Cardiff. The former department store – which is currently being demolished – will make way for a 102,041 sq ft city square, with a raised terrace with space for two restaurants.
