Vagabond Wines is set to open the UK's largest urban winery at British Land and AustralianSuper's 53-acre Canada Water Masterplan later this year. The self-pour wine bar group will take 6,000 sq ft of space on the ground floor of the recently-completed Dock Shed, a mixed-use building with workspace above and the new Canada Water Leisure Centre to the rear The space will feature a 100-tonne winery, a Vagabond bar, and multiple event and private hire spaces for the likes of weddings, tastings, dinners, and corporate events.

Charlotte Tilbury is set to expand its presence in London's West End after signing a deal with Shaftesbury Capital to open a new store on Carnaby Street. The make-up, fragrance, and skincare brand will open a 4,200 sq ft store at one of the busiest entrances to the street, joining recent arrivals at Carnaby Street including PURESEOUL, TALA, and Farm Rio. The store will join Charlotte Tilbury's existing flagship within Shaftesbury Capital's West End portfolio in Covent Garden, which tripled in size at the end of last year.

Alpine, the supercar brand from French car manufacturer Renault, has secured space for a flagship showroom on Park Lane in Central London. Alpine's new unit at 56-59 Park Lane spans 6,500 sq ft with 75ft of road frontage, and was previously occupied by BMW. Park Lane is renowned as an area for luxury and performance car manufacturers to display their latest models. Alpine’s new showroom will display the full range of its vehicles and will host events aimed at both car enthusiasts and prospective buyers, with the aim of further elevating the brand’s profile in the UK market.
