Westfield has commenced construction on a major new retail destination at the heart of Bradford. Bradford ranks in the top 10 UK centres for potential new retail development according to CACI and the Broadway development will transform the City’s retail and leisure offer by creating a mix of more than 70 fashion, food, and leisure brands.

Trinity Leeds is located at the heart of a city centre which is home to the biggest financial district outside of London and the 4th largest economy in the UK. With over 1 million sq ft of prime retail and hospitality space, it attracts an annual footfall of over 20 million a year and captures 35% of the £2.4bn catchment spend, helping outperform other surrounding retail locations. The strength of the centre is underpinned by the announcement that Zara will be opening a new 46,000 sq ft store in 2024, relocating from Briggate. Nike will also be opening a 12,000 sq ft store in Q2 2024.

Leeds White Rose helps service the community in the South of Leeds, with over a 100 retail and food and beverage offerings, alongside an 11 screen Cineworld. Since the opening of the new Marks and Spencer, footfall has increased by 14%. Traditionally it has been a family destination, but this has grown into a wider visitor profile, driving an 11 million annual footfall.
