London-based real estate investment and development company SENG has acquired 26-28 Hammersmith Grove, a mixed-use property in West London, with the support of a £18.2m acquisition facility from specialist lender ASK Partners. The 2.3-acre site comprises approximately 200,000 sq ft of office, retail, and leisure accommodation across two wings and a link block, alongside dedicated car parking. French outerwear brand K-Way is set to open its third store in the UK at Covent Garden's Seven Dials neighbourhood. Opening at 19 Earlham Street in October, the retailer's new 1,200 sq ft space will offer K-Way's signature windbreaker jackets alongside a variety of jackets, fleeces, and apparel for men, women, and children. K-Way also partners with high-end fashion and streetwear brands, such as Fendi, Saint Laurent, Ami Paris, Kappa, and Universal Works.

A planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of the remaining 16 acres of Battersea Power Station neighbourhood in London. The proposals outline the creation of 3.2 million sq ft of residential, commercial, and leisure space, nearly doubling the scale of development at the mixed-use neighbourhood. Urban designer Studio Egret West has refreshed the original 15-year-old masterplan, designed by Rafael Viñoly, to respond to changes in urban living, working, and how people spend their leisure time.
