MINISO as opened at Merry Hill in the West Midlands, following the scheme's recent acquisition by Redical. Ben & Jerry's has opened its first-ever kiosk within a UK mall at Merry Hill in the West Midlands. Spanning 270 sq ft, the kiosk is located close to the recently renovated M&S, between Pandora and Beaverbrooks. The opening builds on a landmark 2025 for Merry Hill, during which a number of new F&B brands opened in the scheme's leisure quarter, including Burger & Sauce, Heavenly Desserts, and Toledo Lounge.

Redical has completed the acquisition of the Merry Hill retail and leisure destination in the West Midlands, in line with a deal agreed in principle reached late last year. Following the collapse of the scheme's previous owners at the outset of the Pandemic, the 1.4 million sq ft scheme has undergone a number of changes over the last five years under the leadership of its directors, supported by the scheme's asset manager Sovereign Centros from CBRE and property manager Savills.
