Superdry & Co is set to make a significant reinvestment at Harlequin Watford, relocating and refurbishing its store. The fashion retailer's updated space, located on the scheme's Upper Mall, will span 5,549 sq ft and be situated in close proximity to complementary retailers such as White Stuff, Levi's, and M&S. The new store introduces Superdry’s latest format, which looks to offer a lighter, brighter and more premium shopping experience.

The Knightsbridge Estate has signed Varley for a new store on Brompton Road in London, with the addition of the contemporary lifestyle brand becoming the latest in a series of recent openings and lettings on the street. The brand – which was founded in 2014 by Lara and Ben Mead – will take a 3,965 sq ft store at 77 Brompton Road for its third location in the UK. The store will offer a range of clothing for women, including knitwear, outerwear, activewear, and accessories.

Great Portland Estates (GPE) has committed to redeveloping its Soho Square Estate in Central London to create a mixed-use block delivering office and retail space. The development will span approximately 90,000 sq ft, comprising 75,000 sq ft of office space and 15,000 sq ft of retail space fronting onto Oxford Street. Located close proximity to Tottenham Court Road station, the scheme will look to strengthen GPE’s presence along the Elizabeth line and complement its existing cluster of buildings in Soho, including the nearby 141 Wardour Street and 16 Dufour’s Place.
