Costa Coffee has opened at Redical's The Liberty Romford shopping centre, taking a 4,069 sq ft space at the scheme. The coffee shop operator's new store, located within a high footfall entranceway to The Liberty, accommodates 90 covers and features a space for quick service food and beverages. The opening builds on the growing demand for coffee, light meals, and snacks within the centre, with Costa Coffee joining operators at the scheme including Black Sheep Coffee and Pret a Manger.

The Liberty Romford, owned and operated by Redical, has welcomed the arrival of family-friendly entertainment concept Little Wonder Street. The brand's debut site, located on Laurie Walk, spans 11,168 sq ft and features 11 'day-in-the-life' rooms, including a vets, a village fire station, a village dentist, a medical centre, stables, and a sensory room. The space also hosts café facilities for parents, and a soft play area for younger children.

LLDC has appointed P-Three and GCW as letting agents at Riverside East, a hospitality and leisure destination within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London. Riverside East comprises approximately 14,000 sq ft of flexible internal space across two floors, as well as around 27,000 sq ft of outdoor space. The ground floor includes a café and bar, a fully fitted kitchen and back-of-house storage facilities, while the first floor features an event space that is complemented by a large kitchen and a roof terrace overlooking Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
