Cribbs Causeway in Bristol is set to add Wingstop to its food and beverage lineup, after the restaurant chain signed a 15-year lease for a 4,500 sq ft unit at The Venue. Wingstop will join brands such as Wagamama, Nando’s, Chopstix, Itsu, Patisserie Valerie, and Slim Chickens as part of Cribbs’ F&B line-up – as well as recent arrivals Pizza Express and Honest Burger, both of which have opened new restaurants at Cribbs over the past couple of months.

The Cribbs retail and leisure destination in Bristol has appointed Andy Jackson as centre director. He brings experience within retail and shopping centre environments, having previously held centre manager roles at Westquay in Southampton, Mailbox in Birmingham, Centre:mk in Milton Keynes, and The Gracechurch Centre in Sutton Coldfield. He will join Leon Morse and Lizzie Taylor as part of the site leadership team at Cribbs, and will be responsible for Cribbs Mall, Cribbs Venue leisure park, and Cribbs Retail Park, all of which are owned by M&G Real Estate and asset managed by Sovereign Centros from CBRE.

Cribbs Mall in Bristol has added Honest Burgers to its food and beverage lineup, with the burger chain agreeing to occupy the 3,000 sq ft former GBK unit on the second floor of the mall. The British chain – which operates two other restaurants in Bristol – serves classic beef burgers, smashed burgers, chicken and plant-based burgers. Honest Burgers joins an F&B line-up at Cribbs which also includes Wagamama, Nandos, Chopstix, Itsu, Patisserie Valerie, and Slim Chickens.
