A supermarket-led retail asset in Warminster, Wiltshire has changed hands in a deal worth £8.6m. The property has been sold by HBD, the property investment and development arm of development and home building business Henry Boot, to a UK real estate investment trust. Marks & Spencer has opened the doors to its 83,000 sq ft flagship store at SouthGate shopping centre in Bath. The new store – relocated from M&S' previous location on Stall Street – spans four floors and offers the retailer's fashion, home and beauty, and food ranges. The offer includes a market-style foodhall, a fashion offer spanning womenswear, menswear, and kidswear, a 140-seat coffee shop, and a beauty hall.
