Peel Retail & Leisure has welcomed the arrival of Muse Brasserie at Gloucester Quays, with the French fusion restaurant making its city debut. The operator has opened in a 3,282 sq ft space, adjacent to Nando's, Pizza Express, and Portivo Lounge. Serving 100 covers, the concept offers a varied seasonal menu that includes a signature dish exclusive to its Gloucester Quays location, the Gloucester Old Spot pork chop served with apple and cider purée, hispi cabbage, and creamy mash.

Gloucester Quays welcomes pair of new openings

Peel Retail & Leisure has welcomed the openings of Mr Simms Sweet Shop and Brand Eyewear at Gloucester Quays. Making its debut, Brand Eyewear has opened a 505 sq ft store at the outlet shopping destination. The space offers a range of eyewear from brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, and DKNY, and also features a 'Lens Bar' for visitors to test out lens colours, reflection coating, and frame materials.

Peel Retail & Leisure brings trio of restaurants to Gloucester Quays

Peel Retail & Leisure has completed the signing of two restaurant concepts at Gloucester Quays, including South West-based concept Muse Brasserie and COSMO Restaurant Group’s buffet concept Umami, and has also welcomed the opening of Banchina Italian. All three restaurants are making their city debuts at the outlet centre. Signing for a 3,282 sq ft unit with 100 covers, Muse Brasserie is soon to arrive at the scheme, following success in Cheltenham and Bristol.
